WELCOME
Hello, I’m so glad you came to visit. My name is Meisha Kolbuc and I am a registered psychologist in Calgary, Alberta. I have spent much of the last two decades working with families and individuals to overcome a variety of challenges with a focus on supporting them in living their best possible lives.
As a wife, mom-of-three, and psychologist, I know there are times in our life where we need to prioritize our own wellness, whether it be managing family or work stress, conflict, parenting, burnout, anxiety, depression, personal health, or just trying to navigate this complicated thing we call life.
That is where I can help. I’ll start by first reminding you that you are not alone. Asking for help is the most incredible gift you can give yourself! Everyone struggles at various points in their life and I commend you for taking the brave first step to reach out for counselling and therapy.
In my practice, I create a compassionate, non-judgemental, supportive, and confidential relationship where you can share your private and personal struggles along with your ambitions and hopes for change. I always believe change is possible and I am here to guide and support you on this journey.
Life is About Change. Sometimes It’s painful. Sometimes it’s beautiful. But most of the time it’s both.
